Manage key client relationships for sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
Drive revenue through strategic account planning.
Job Description – Retail Assets (Loans)
Role: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Retail Assets
Products:
Unsecured Loans: Salaried Personal Loan
Unsecured Loans: Self-Employed / STUL – Business Loan
Secured Loans: Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: Up to 9.5 LPA (Based on experience & performance)
Locations: Bangalore, Mysuru, Belgaum, Bijapur, Udupi
Key Responsibilities:
Source and generate business for Personal Loans, Business Loans (STUL), and LAP.
Acquire new customers through DSA, connectors, referrals, and open market sourcing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Complete documentation, login, and coordination with credit & operations teams.
Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimal rejections and delinquency.
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation mandatory (Any stream).
1 to 6 years of experience in Retail Assets / Loans.
Hands-on experience in PL / BL / LAP sourcing.
Strong market knowledge and local area familiarity.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
