Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, establish and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team, and reporting on performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida.

Competitive Salary:

₹2.40 LPA – ₹4.80 LPA (commensurate with experience) + Incentives + TA ( Travel Allowances )

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales planning, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business development
• Experience in team leadership, performance measurement, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the transportation or service industry is an added advantage
