Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for IT services and consulting solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless customer engagement from proposal to implementation.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling software products or professional services.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance metrics such as pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and deal closure rates.
