Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and leading sales teams to ensure growth and client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies and lead sales teams
• Experience in market research and client relationship management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
