Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making processes. CTC- 12, 00,000 Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, including sales strategy development and implementation Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using sales software Experience in the biotechnology or agricultural industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work on-site in Bhopal Show more Show less
