Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and dynamic In-Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our on-ground sales operations. This role demands hands-on experience in market visits, dealer/distributor management, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks within assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert them into active channel partners.
  • Meet monthly sales targets through effective territory planning and relationship management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to increase market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support marketing campaigns in field locations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong post-sales relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of in-field sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
