Job Title: Sales Manager Role Summary We are looking for a driven and dynamic In-Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our on-ground sales operations. This role demands hands-on experience in market visits, dealer/distributor management, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks within assigned territories. Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert them into active channel partners. Meet monthly sales targets through effective territory planning and relationship management. Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to increase market share. Conduct product demonstrations and support marketing campaigns in field locations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong post-sales relationships. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of in-field sales experience , preferably in appliances, electronics, or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of local market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
