Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Drive sales of luxury real estate projects to meet and exceed targets. Generate leads and actively prospect HNI clients, investors, and key decision-makers. Conduct high-end client presentations, property tours, and negotiations. Client Management & Relationship Building Build, nurture, and expand a strong network of HNI and UHNI clients. Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Provide bespoke solutions tailored to each clients needs and investment goals. Market Insights & Strategy Keep up with the latest trends in luxury real estate, competitor offerings, and client expectations. Provide input on sales strategies, pricing, and market positioning to maximize sales opportunities. Team & Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams to ensure a smooth client journey. Mentor and guide junior sales executives (if applicable). Key Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value asset sales (yachts, private jets, luxury cars, etc.) Strong HNI/UHNI client network and understanding of their buying behavior. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver high-touch, consultative sales experiences. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. KPIs / Success Metrics: Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Number of HNI client conversions and deal closures. Client satisfaction and repeat/referral business. Growth of personal and company HNI network.
