Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving business targets through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position is based in Tirupati.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.

Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to ensure achievement of team results and meet business targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business or referrals.

Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers.

Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales.

Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations and company processes, policies, and reports.

Job

Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
