Job Description

As a Two Wheeler Dealer Manager, your role involves managing two-wheeler dealers and ensuring optimal sales performance and productivity. Your responsibilities include: - Empaneling new two-wheeler Dealers, DSA, and DST in the market - Conducting training sessions for all channels and team members on products, policies, and market changes - Managing business promotional activities with channels - Tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and maintaining a healthy portfolio - Interacting with the credit team to obtain business approvals - Keeping a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies In terms of deliverables, you are expected to: - Recruit, train, and motivate the channel sales team - Achieve sales targets and guide the team to introduce clients to them - Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services to assist in resolving customer queries - Develop new customer relationships to increase revenue and accounts The required skills and competencies for this role include: - Ability to understand market trends and empanel emerging car dealers effectively - Strong persuasive skills to present a compelling case to the credit team for approvals - Capability to motivate, guide, and drive channels and team members towards achieving volumes and growth.
