Job Description

As a Sales Manager for two-wheeler sales, your role involves managing sales through dealers by empanelling new two-wheeler dealers, DSA, and DST in the market. You will be accountable for the team's sales performance and productivity, including conducting training on products, policies, and market changes. Your responsibilities also include overseeing business promotional activities, tracking channels for quality sourcing, and staying updated on competitor products and market strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and motivate the channel sales team - Achieve sales targets - Guide the channel sales team and introduce clients to them - Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services - Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Qualifications Required: - Ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel emerging two-wheeler dealers - Ability to present a strong case to the credit team and obtain approvals - Ability to motivate, guide, and drive channels and the team to achieve volumes and growth,
