The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment of the sales team with organizational goals. This role demands a balance of data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs. Onboard new hires and promote continuous learning. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Track KPIs such as demos booked/conducted, session quality, and feedback. Ensure compliance with corporate policies. Revenue Growth & Financial Management: Set and execute revenue targets with senior management. Drive enrolment and retention initiatives. Optimize costs while maintaining service quality. Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Gather feedback from students and parents. Use insights to improve services and train staff accordingly. Operational & Strategic Execution: Resolve workflow issues swiftly. Optimize internal processes and report major challenges to management. Set strategic goals based on data and align them with company objectives. Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills. 3–6 years of experience, preferably in EdTech Proven experience in international B2C/B2B sales . Ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams Understanding of global sales cycles , time zones, and regional buying behaviors Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred Familiarity with the STAR strategy is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
