Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, team leadership, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize sales processes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts. Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional strategies. Ensure CRM systems and sales databases are updated with accurate information. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
