About Us: Teelabs Apparel Pvt Ltd is a leading custom T-shirt manufacturing company based in Madurai, catering to clients in India and internationally, including Dubai. We are passionate about creating premium-quality apparel that speaks to our clients' unique visions. As we continue to expand, we are looking to add a Customer Relationship Executive to our team who will play a key role in B2B sales and customer engagement. Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing all phone and email inquiries from businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, and driving sales. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful business partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to all phone and email inquiries from prospective and current clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for custom T-shirt requirements. Provide product information and create quotes for business customers based on their needs. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by building rapport and showcasing our product offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met. Identify potential leads and generate additional business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply . Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a passion for customer service. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and customer service such as conducting sales pitches, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on products and services.
