Job Title: Business Development Manager (Consultancy) Location: Shankar Nagar Experience: 2-5 years in the recruitment/consultancy industry Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our consultancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building client relationships, and expanding our recruitment and staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, references, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs and decision-makers in client organizations. Pitch recruitment services to corporate clients and close business deals. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to revenue and client acquisition. Keep track of market trends and competitor activity. Maintain proper documentation, client database, and follow-ups. Represent the company in client meetings, job fairs, and events when needed. Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales-driven mindset Knowledge of the recruitment process and consultancy business Client handling experience Presentation and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools (if any) Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Prior experience in recruitment consultancy is must Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
