Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure project success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  3. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross- functional team (sales, operations, design & technology) to align growth strategies.
  5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
