Senior Sales Manager (8–10 Years of Experience) Position: Senior Sales Manager Experience Required: 8–10 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in digital marketing/IT/services domain/media house/ software services/gaming Location: Delhi NCR / South Delhi Reports to: Director/Head of Sales Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead and mentor junior sales executives and drive team performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets. • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies. • Negotiate high-value deals and close contracts with decision-makers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking ability. • Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.Administrative Reporting
