Job Description:- ✅Manage, coach, and mentor a team of telecallers or inside sales agents. ✅Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales team and ensure timely achievement. ✅Monitor calls and sales activities to ensure quality, productivity, and goal alignment. ✅Design and execute sales strategies for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. ✅Handle escalations and provide support to close high-value deals. ✅Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews. ✅Track team performance using CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management. ✅Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. ✅Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and call quality standards.
