Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement effective sales training programs within budget limitations that meet the needs of the sales team. Conduct needs assessments to determine training priorities and objectives. Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations) Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing sales staff. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Provide on-going training and support to sales representatives to reinforce learned skills. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop tailored training solutions that align with sales strategies. What skills & experience you’ll bring to us: Experience, preferably in the US market. Proven experience in sales training or sales management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies. An ability to manage the full training cycle Proficiency in using technology and software for training, such as LMS platforms. Additional certification in training is a plus
