Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key corporate accounts, and ensure successful execution of MICE events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling MICE packages and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for MICE (domestic & international). Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Create tailored MICE proposals and cost-effective itineraries as per client requirements. Negotiate and close profitable sales deals. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and trips. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE or Corporate Sales in the Travel, Hospitality, or Event Management industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability. Knowledge of both domestic and international destinations for corporate events and incentives. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision. Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
