Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong track record in IT services sales and client acquisition. The role is remote but requires a proactive, target-driven individual capable of engaging decision-makers across the UAE, Gulf, and global marketsincluding the US. This individual will drive new business for software development, mobile and web apps, digital marketing, and recruitment solutions, and also contribute to onboarding qualified astrologers for our astrology tech app on Android and iOS.

IT Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients for software development, website and mobile app development, digital marketing, and AI/ML projects
  • Conduct outbound sales through calls, emails, social outreach, and networking to target key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, IT Heads, Marketing Directors)
  • Generate qualified leads and build a robust monthly sales pipeline targeting UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, the US, UK, and other key regions
  • Conduct product presentations, solution pitches, and discovery calls tailored to each prospect's pain points
  • Drive consultative sales cyclesfrom prospecting and proposal to pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Regularly meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and deliver conversion-driven results

Astrologer Onboarding (Astrology App Android & iOS)

  • Identify, approach, and onboard qualified astrologers, numerologists, tarot readers, and spiritual advisors for our consumer astrology app
  • Pitch the app’s benefits, monetization model, and customer base to onboard high-quality talent across regions
  • Ensure onboarding processes, documentation, and training are handled smoothly with collaboration from internal teams
  • Act as a point of contact between the astrologer and platform operations

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Represent Stratnova at virtual events, conferences, and business networks to grow brand visibility
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful client handover and retention

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, deal stages, proposals, and closures using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead status, closures, revenue, and conversion metrics
  • Share market intelligence, feedback, and competitive insights to refine positioning and pitch

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales for IT services, web/app development, or digital marketing agencies
  • Strong understanding of global IT sales dynamics, particularly in the UAE, Gulf, and US markets
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English; confident in delivering pitches and handling objections
  • Experience selling high-value custom software or digital solutions with long sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive monthly sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Prior experience onboarding freelancers, vendors, or creators (e.g., astrologers, influencers) is a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable working in a remote, performance-based role with high accountability
