Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (3rd line) located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring targets are met. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and forecasting
Relationship-building skills to maintain client relations
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
