Job summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients, builders, and contractors.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Coordinate with project and marketing teams for timely client updates.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with strong profit margins.
Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and forecast performance metrics.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
More than 3 year experience as sales manager in construction field.
Proven experience in sales within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
