Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market trends.
Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report on key metrics.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and close rates.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective lead generation.
Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategy.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the team.
Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales performance using CRM tools.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Work closely with senior management to set pricing strategies and promotional offers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
