Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–8 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing 8–9 projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills are essential to drive project performance, ensure safety, and deliver within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Develop project timelines, cost estimates, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Monitor daily progress, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Enforce quality assurance, health, and safety standards on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Approve budgets, monitor expenses, and track invoicing and billing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing at least 8–9 medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and local compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing budgets exceeding [insert range, e.g., ₹5–10 Cr] is a plus.
