Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive admissions growth. The role involves managing counselors and executives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring target achievement across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor leads, conversions, and team performance through regular reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation activities.
  • Handle escalations, build client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the EdTech or training sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
