Position: Sales Manager

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: Milestone-based (Performance & Target Driven)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales strategy and execution for Algoric’s products and services.
• Identify, connect, and convert potential clients — including property developers, agents, and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales goals with campaigns.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports to optimize performance and conversion.
• Stay updated on PropTech trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in real estate or startups).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present AI-powered solutions effectively.
• Strong leadership and target-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C sales.
