Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying training needs, designing instructional materials, delivering training, and assessing staff performance. The Training Manager will also collaborate with department heads to align training programs with company goals and compliance standards. Qualifications Experience in developing pharmaceutical sales training programs, designing instructional materials, and identifying training needsStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to assess staff performance and evaluate training effectivenessBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
