Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Identify potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Sales Presentation & Negotiation
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
  • Sales Planning & Target Achievement
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor performance and ensure timely achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM or other systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure all agreements, invoices, and client documents are complete and up to date.
  • Team Coordination (For Sales Manager)
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Allocate leads and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with management for service improvement and planning.
  • Compliance & Professional Conduct
  • Follow company sales policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
