Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of the branch by achieving monthly targets through effective lead generation, customer handling, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team handling skills.
  • Oversee marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and promotions to drive business development in the two-wheeler segment.
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks related to sales management, including reporting on key metrics like target achievement and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to resolve issues and optimize processes for improved efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to Automobile Industry.

  • 2-5 years of experience in automobile or automotive sales with a focus on two-wheeler sales.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively at dealerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets consistently over time.
  • Experience managing teams or leading roles involving leadership responsibilities.
