Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of the branch by achieving monthly targets through effective lead generation, customer handling, and closing deals.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team handling skills.
Oversee marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and promotions to drive business development in the two-wheeler segment.
Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks related to sales management, including reporting on key metrics like target achievement and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to resolve issues and optimize processes for improved efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to Automobile Industry.

2-5 years of experience in automobile or automotive sales with a focus on two-wheeler sales.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively at dealerships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets consistently over time.
Experience managing teams or leading roles involving leadership responsibilities.
