Job Description

As a Manager Sales/Pricing at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through lead generation and successful client acquisition. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Generating leads and securing new clients to expand the company's customer base. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. - Collaborating with the pricing team to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. - Reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics sales and/or pricing. - Strong industry knowledge and market exposure in freight forwarding and logistics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition to the Manager Sales/Pricing position, we are also looking for a Sr. Executive Pricing. If you are detail-oriented and have strong negotiation skills, this role might be a good fit for you. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating pricing tariffs for worldwide destinations. - Negotiating competitive rates with MLOs (Main Line Operators) and NVOCCs. - Ensuring pricing accuracy and competitiveness in line with market standards. - Collaborating with the sales and operations team to support client requirements. - Monitoring industry pricing trends to ensure up-to-date rate structures. - Meeting internal deadlines for pricing submissions and customer proposals. To qualify for the Sr. Executive Pricing role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within international logistics. - Strong negotiation skills and existing relationships with shipping lines and NVOs. - Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools.
