Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive

Sales & Marketing

for complete range of

Control Panels

and

Switchgear Products.
Deep understanding of

MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB, and related components.
Identify and develop

OEMs, End-Users, and Corporate Accounts.
Manage lead generation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
Execute brand-building activities and product launches.
Identify large-scale project opportunities and handle high-value contracts with sound knowledge of commercial and legal terms.
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions tailored to customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer retention.
Provide regular updates and reports to the GM and MD.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Candidate Profile:

10-15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing of Electrical Panels / Switchgear.
Strong technical knowledge in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts and high-value clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Must be from the Switchgear Industry.
Willingness to travel as required
