Job Overview You will drive Modulus Housing’s growth within industrial infrastructure domains such as EPC projects, refineries, logistics parks, and real estate. Your primary responsibility is to identify high-impact infra clients, understand their project timelines and technical requirements, and offer modular solutions that reduce time and cost overruns. You will lead the business acquisition lifecycle from early engagement to final contract closure, ensuring alignment with internal teams for proposal, pricing, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Sector Mapping & Lead Generation Identify and engage EPC contractors, industrial developers, and real estate players across India. Track infrastructure opportunities across oil & gas, logistics parks, industrial townships, and commercial hubs. Enterprise Sales & Client Engagement Build relationships with project heads, procurement teams, and CXOs to position Modulus modular solutions. Understand project timelines and construction needs to pitch modular units as cost-effective, faster alternatives. Proposal Development & Technical Alignment Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to create sector-specific BOQs and deployment plans. Customize solutions for real estate and oil & gas infrastructure requirements including fire safety, insulation, and MEP readiness. Deal Closure & Internal Coordination Own the sales cycle from lead to contract, including proposal presentation, pricing, and negotiation. Ensure smooth handover to the execution and CRM teams, aligning timelines and expectations. Market Insights & Strategic Input Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks to refine sector approach. Share on-ground feedback to influence product innovations and business strategy. Qualification & Skills Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Business Experience 5–8 years in B2B infra sales or business development in the construction/oil & gas domain. Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and EPC procurement cycles Skills Strong technical communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.
