Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals. The role requires meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, provide insights to the leadership team, and contribute to the growth of the business.

• Experience in sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results against targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset for understanding market trends and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of the real estate or Proptech industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
