Job Summary:

As the Sales In charge have to connect to premium architects, Consultants & End user you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high-end architectural firms to drive the sales of our exclusive range of premium Retractable roof & Vertical sliding doors & windows. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs and preferences of premium architects, presenting our products as solutions that align with their design visions, and effectively closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in premium architectural firms.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of architects' design preferences, project requirements, and timelines.

2. Product Knowledge:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of our Products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the uniqueness of our products.

3. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on engaging premium architects and positioning our premium luxury windows as the preferred choice for their projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential projects through market research and collaboration with the marketing team.

4. Customization and Solutions:

  • Collaborate with architects to understand specific project requirements and provide customized solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional criteria.
  • Work closely with the product development team to address unique design requests.

5. Presentation and Communication:

  • Create compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the preferences and expectations of premium architects.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Products in terms of design, durability, and performance.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with architects on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition to the project implementation phase.

7. Client Satisfaction:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Gather feedback from architects to improve product offerings and service delivery.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and analysis to the management team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Individuals with Architectural qualifications inclined to this job Profile MAY APPLY ONLY)
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the luxury or architectural product industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Remuneration as per Industry standards and based exposure & Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
