Join Our Tribe: Sales Manager - South Goa Boutique Hotel

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Manager to lead our charge in key cities and fill our beautiful boutique hotel here in South Goa. If you're a networking wizard who thrives on building genuine connections, loves the thrill of a successful deal, and already has the "black book" to prove it, you might just be our person.

At our hotel, we're all about creating unforgettable experiences—from bespoke wellness retreats to relaxed corporate off-sites. We’re looking for a road warrior who gets that, someone who can blend strategic hunting with the soul of our property.


What You'll Be Doing:

Unleashing the Black Book (Networking & Sales)

The Go-To Person: You must possess and actively leverage your established professional network (The Black Book) in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore to drive serious business.

Hunting for High-Quality Clients: You'll be targeting key decision-makers in prominent Corporates, top-tier Travel Agents, specialist Tour Operators, and influential MICE Planners.

The Wellness Specialist: Proactively promote and sell our signature wellness packages, yoga retreats, detox programs, and mindful corporate incentives. You’ll know how to position our South Goa sanctuary as the perfect escape.

Mastering the Road (Travel & Presence)

The Road Warrior: You must be prepared to travel extensively and frequently to Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Your office will often be on a plane or in a client's boardroom.

Spreading the Vibe: You’ll represent the hotel at major trade shows and client events, making sure everyone knows the magic of our South Goa property.

Guest Magic: Organise and host exciting familiarisation trips (FAMs) to the hotel, letting potential partners experience the unique vibe and wellness firsthand.

Creating the Blueprint (Strategy & Revenue)

Maximising the Good Stuff (Revenue): You'll develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to smash revenue targets across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, Group, Wellness).

Keeping the Pulse: You’ll keep a watchful eye on market trends and competitor moves, adjusting your strategy to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Keeping it Real (Admin): Maintain squeaky-clean records of all your hustles and client interactions in our CRM, ensuring everything is tracked and reportable.


What You Bring to the Table:


Your Secret Weapon: A non-negotiable, verifiable, and established professional "Black Book" of contacts across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. You know the people who book.

Experience: At least [Insert Number, e.g., 5] years of proven sales success in the Hospitality sector, preferably with a luxury or boutique brand—you get the charm and the challenges.
