Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also mentor the sales team and ensure adherence to company policies and goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Exposure to Market Research, Sales Analytics, and crafting data-driven sales strategies
Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership skills
Technical understanding of BLDC technology or related industries is advantageous
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales software
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
