We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development for our NABL-accredited laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of laboratory testing services (microbiological, chemical, food, water, pharma, or environmental), excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment, hospitals, cosmetics, and environmental testing.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Promote NABL testing services and explain technical advantages to clients.
Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to generate leads.
Coordinate with the lab team to ensure timely execution of services and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor analysis, and suggest improvements.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Maintain CRM database and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in NABL-accredited lab or similar services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of testing protocols, accreditations (NABL, FSSAI, ISO, BIS, etc.)
Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams
