Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the automobile or manufacturing sector, preferably someone who has held a senior role in a similar field. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, passionate about business growth, with excellent market knowledge and the zeal to deliver results. This role demands aggressive follow-ups, market exploration, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in crane services.
• Develop strategic plans to drive business growth in target sectors.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand business from current accounts.
• Follow up rigorously on leads, proposals, and client communications.
• Understand technical requirements and propose the right solutions.
• Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential leads.
• Coordinate with operations and service departments for smooth project execution.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and targets.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and trade events as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma or above; background in engineering/sales preferred.
• 5–6 years of core sales experience in automobile, construction, or heavy equipment sectors.
• Former senior employees from similar industries are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a go-getter attitude, market sense, and commitment to follow-ups.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling for client visits and project sites.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
