Job Summary: We are hiring Loss Recovery Executives who can follow up with customers who have not paid their two-wheeler loan installments. The person should be confident in talking to customers, good in handling field work, and must have experience in recovery work in finance companies. Main Duties: Talk to customers who have not paid EMIs through phone calls and visits. Go to the customer’s address for recovery if needed. Convince customers to pay their pending loan amount. Keep proper records of daily recovery work and report to the team leader. Work with legal or field recovery agents when required. Make sure all recovery work is done as per company rules. Must be ready to travel to different areas for field recovery. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in recovery work in a finance or NBFC company .
