LOSS RECOVERY EXECUTIVE

You are responsible for following up with customers who have not paid their two-wheeler loan installments. This role requires you to be confident in communicating with customers, skilled in fieldwork, and possess prior experience in recovery work within finance companies. Your main duties will include: - Speaking with customers regarding outstanding EMIs through phone calls and in-person visits. - Conducting field visits to customers" addresses for recovery purposes if necessary. - Maintaining accurate records of daily recovery activities and providing reports to the team leader. - Collaborating with legal or field recovery agents as and when needed. - Ensuring that all recovery operations are carried out in compliance with company regulations. - Being prepared to travel to various locations for field recovery assignments. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in recovery work within a finance or NBFC setting. - Communication Skills: Proficiency in customer communication, with a preference for fluency in Hindi and the local language. - Leadership: Demonstrated confidence and the ability to navigate challenging situations. - Travel: Willingness to travel for field visits.
