Business Development Manager (BDM) / SALES CORDINATOR

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our growing crane services business. The ideal candidate will come from a sales background, with a sharp understanding of the current market and the ability to identify genuine client opportunities. This is an in-house role that involves coordinating directly with the Director and scheduling high-value meetings with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate quality leads from construction, infrastructure, or automobile sectors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Schedule and arrange client appointments/meetings for senior management.
• Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and follow-ups.
• Support in negotiations and closing deals under the guidance of the Director.
• Ensure client satisfaction and post-sale support as needed.
• Candidate Profile:
• Graduate or MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with current market trends in crane services, construction, or automobile industry (added advantage).
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional approach to business.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
