Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our team in providing secured business loans. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and should be based in Jalore. Roles and Responsibility
Source new customers and build the Secured Business Loan portfolio through DSA, connectors, direct channels, and other partners.
Identify and tap new markets and customer segments to enhance business opportunities.
Manage and support a team of Relationship Officers/Executives to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Regularly train, motivate, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and compliance.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for timely processing and quality disbursals.
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Job
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any stream; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in secured loans, preferably LAP and SME loans.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with result-oriented and good negotiation abilities.
Demonstrate a good understanding of credit, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities is required.
