Job Description

As a Sales Executive at RNR Infra, your primary responsibility will be to build contacts with potential clients in order to create new business opportunities. You will be expected to explain the properties to customers and develop RNR Infra as a brand by upholding service standards in accordance with company policies. Building strong working relationships with clients will be crucial in this role. Your tasks will include calling leads provided by the company, following up with potential customers to prospect for new business, and conducting need analysis through client meetings. You will also be responsible for facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, closing sales, and submitting all relevant documents to the seller. It will be essential for you to have a deep understanding of the core values and goals of the company. Reporting on sales activities to top management and developing sales strategies to achieve set targets will be part of your regular responsibilities. You may also be required to manage major customer accounts and track, collate, and interpret sales figures for reporting purposes. As a hardcore sales performer in direct sales within your assigned territory, you should be a markets go-getter and trendsetter. Your strong sales acumen, coupled with the ability to adapt to the organization's culture, will be key to your success in this role.,
