Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.  Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Executives to drive performance and ensure goal achievement.  Visit client locations with team members to support sales efforts and strengthen key client relationships.  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling skills.  Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and constructive feedback.  Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives.  Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to the Managing Director.  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions.  Oversee lead conversion by guiding the team in effective inquiry handling, quotations, and deal negotiations.  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.  Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.  Handle client inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and pending payment collections.  Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
