• Engage with key industry players and stakeholders to expand the company's network and influence.
• Generate leads from IDA’s.
• Conduct site visits and product demos for clients, showcasing the value of the experience and benefits of offerings.
• Follow up with potential client’s post-demonstration to answer questions and move towards closing the sale.
• Handle escalated issues from clients or within the sales team, resolving them effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage the quoting process, ensuring that all proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Review and approve quotes and proposals.
• Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a sale, preferably in a related industry.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Superior negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow a client base.
• Prior experience with premium and luxury home interior products is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Luxury Smart Home Automation, Lighting, Interiors, or Building Materials sales
• Direct HNI client handling• Capable of closing ₹30 Lakhs/year with avg. ticket size of ₹5 Lakhs+
• Strong network with A & A+ category architects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably with companies of high repute
• Background of consultative selling to luxury buyers is a positive but not a prerequisite. Strong existing relationships with real estate developers, architects, and designers, with a track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals
• Exceptional understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations within the high-end real estate sector.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to achieve excellence.
