Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their compliance needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to understand and articulate telecom compliance requirements Experience in the compliance services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in related field
