Key Responsibilities
1️. Sales & Revenue Growth
✅ Achieve the annual sales target of ₹9 crore by managing and optimizing the sales pipeline. ✅ Set monthly and quarterly targets for the sales team and monitor performance. ✅ Drive lead-to-conversion efficiency, ensuring high success rates in meetings and deal closures.
2️.Team Management & Leadership
✅ Lead a team of 2 Sales Executives, 1 Lead Generation Executive, and 1 CRM Executive. ✅ Provide training, coaching, and motivation to maximize productivity. ✅ Conduct weekly sales meetings to track performance and strategize improvements.
3️. Sales Strategy & Execution
✅ Develop and implement a sales strategy based on the company's 5000-lead model. ✅ Optimize sales workflows, ensuring effective lead follow-ups and deal closures. ✅ Ensure exhibitions, networking events, and B2B meetings yield high ROI.
4️. Business Development & Key Account Management
✅ Directly handle premium clients & large accounts to maximize revenue. ✅ Establish long-term relationships with distributors, B2B clients, and industry partners. ✅ Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities
