Job summary

US Inside Sales Manager


  • Net new revenue generation.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, networking, inbound lead follow-ups and/or other sources in the assigned US territory/geography.
  • Route the qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and/or schedule meeting for Business Head/AVP’s
  • Work closely with the sales team/AVP to develop and grow the F&A sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Update new prospect/customer data to new/existing accounts in the corporate sales CRM.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other

business or social networking.

  • Cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles etc.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.


Key skills:

  • Proven inside sales experience (in F&A) in generating leads and net revenue, across the US market.

  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialing 60+ calls per day
  • Knowledge of the sales lifecycle, negotiations, and price quotes
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and the initial pitch to prospects (pro-active pitch)o
  • Should be excellent with research activities (able to search / identify decision maker and/or the RPC)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Experience in working with sales CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
  • Strong listening skills, be a self-starter and a team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
