Sales Manager – Premium Banking

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquisition

• Drive NTB acquisition for Premium/Advantage Banking segments through open market sourcing.
• Conduct local-level sales drives, micro events, and field activities to generate leads.
• Acquire new accounts through referrals, group companies, and existing customer networks.

2. Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross-Sell

• Support consistent growth of the Premium/Advantage Banking portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize penetration of investment and insurance products.
• Promote third-party products such as insurance, auto loans, and mortgages to grow fee income.
• Ensure effective customer contact programs to increase wallet share.
• Facilitate smooth handover of customers to the Relationship Manager post-acquisition.

3. Retention

• Deliver best-in-class service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor high-value accounts to ensure active usage and balance growth.
• Work on reactivation of inactive or low-balance accounts.
• Assist customers in resolving service issues efficiently to create a positive experience.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

• Adhere to policies related to KYC, AML, Mis-selling, Information Security, Operational Risk, and Code of Conduct.
• Stay updated with compliance norms and ensure strict implementation in day-to-day activities.
• Report suspicious or unusual transactions to the reporting manager immediately.
• Provide market feedback and insights on customer expectations and trends.

• Good market awareness and understanding of competitive landscape.
